Shannon has extensive experience as a classroom teacher and district level instructional coach, and has been working in education since 2011. Within one school year, Shannon led a school to increase their report card grade from D to B on the state report card by implementing an action plan to improve student proficiency and growth through school wide interventions. Shannon joined Rocketship Southside Community Prep in February 2023 as Assistant Principal.
